what are the open sessions like - as in what is the best time to do a few lengths.
i know the place opens at around 06:00 which i'd be happy to get up for but only if it meant i could have an enjoyable 45/50 min swim
is it busy in the morning?
any particular time that might work best in the day
    talking 50m only here

The pool is 50m in the morning's from 6 - 10 generally fairly quite from 8-10 as before that there is a couple of club/uni teams/swim ireland/triathlon clubs in training.

Long and short of it is that it rarely gets manic and really quitens down @ approx 7:30 - 8 as people start going work/college/breakfast etc.
