hey was just wondering would any1 know what information would a college put onto a letter or what a college would say about me if anything in order for me to start collecting state benefits as im finished my course next month ??

i was guessing my name address date of birth maybe a sentence or 2 about the student and a final paragraph stating that the student is actually finished the course

any help would be appreciated thanks :)

All I think you need is your name and the date of your final exam / course ending. The letter must be signed and stamped by the college and preferably should be on headed paper. Literally 2/3 lines.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to confirm that jhfde123 will be completing his period of study at this college on this date.

    Regards
The person that wrote the letter
    Her Signature
    Her position
    Stamp and date

    oh okay thanks :)

i was also wondering if you apply for a 2nd course to do after the finished the course in may through the cao but dont know if you will get offered the course or accept the course or not until august

if a person was in that situation until may would they be still entitled to social benefits even during the summer seeing as they dont know whether they will be back in full time education or not in september ?

Most colleges would have a standard letter for this purpose. You would need to check with your college when they will be supplying these letters because when I finished college last year they only gave them out on certain days at certain times
