Soo...I'm thinking if I keep updating this thread up to my holiday in Spain in August, it'll help keep my motivation to lose weight and get fit. If I'm faltering, ye can give me a bashing here! :D

I'm 21, female, 4"11 and far too heavy for my short frame. :o
I have been quick to blame the tablets I started taking for anxiety and mild depression as they had me eating everything around me but I'm sure if I had the willpower, I would have been able to say no. So I went from 64kg up to 68.7kg in a matter of weeks.

I have purchased a mountain bike and have been doing at least 45 minutes a day for the past 6 days. It really is an enjoyable way to get fit...apart from the sore arse from the saddle! :P The small inclines make a good challenge and you can really feel it in the thighs.

Eating is my problem. So this is what I am planning as my diet for the summer.

I usually have toast (white) for breakfast with tea and the odd morning I have a soft boiled egg. Then I might snack on the crackers when I'm feeling peckish.

I have bought whole meal pasta and pesto for my dinner in the evening with a glass of slimline milk.

I know for a fact that the novelty will wear off in a while though. I'm gonna need other ideas for dinner...

I find fruit a bit boring.

What is people's opinion on whole meal pitta with chicken, cheese and sweet corn?

Also, I had pasta for dinner at about 5.30. Then I went for a 40 minute cycle and now I'm hungry again. I'm contemplating eating the pasta I didn't finish earlier. I have a niggly feeling it's not a good idea!

Hi mars bar, I'm afraid Food Logs aren't allowed on the forum anymore. Sorry about that.
