My name is jerry, i was recently caught driving my friends car, without insurance in the late hours of the night. the car was taxed NCT'd and fully road worthy as the Garda that stopped me had inspected it. i know face a court summons for this offence.

i am 19 in college full time with a part time job, i have no criminal record whatsoever. and it is my first offence, just wondering what kind of fine or penalty i should expect from this?? as it has me quite worried, i also have my full license in both car and motorcycle, any help is much appreciated! thanks

Sorry Jerry. Please seek the advice of a solicitor. This is a serious matter and opinions, input or whatever we might call it .... should not be relied upon.
