I bought this car the other day but i never checked to see if the CD player works:o, the changer is located in the glove box next to the CD-ROM for the sat nav which will load cd's, the changer is reading that it's 6 chambers are emty but i can not load a cd into the slot, it is like there is a piece of metal going across…

I bought this car the other day but i never checked to see if the CD player works:o, the changer is located in the glove box next to the CD-ROM for the sat nav which will load cd's, the changer is reading that it's 6 chambers are emty but i can not load a cd into the slot, it is like there is a piece of metal going across it and preventing any cd been able to load into it, i am nearly sure there is not a cd jammed in it, can anyone help me please before i bring it to someone where i will have to pay to get it sorted.
