    Hi,

Anyone have any experience with the Power Bug Electric Golf Trolley?

    Anyone out there have one?

Would battery do more than 18holes and if so, how many roughly? Is it easy to set up? Any good/bad features of it?

In short, anyone who has one would you recommend getting one or not?

    Thanks

I bought one from American Golf in Tallaght for 299 in February and have used it twice. My overall opinion is that, mechanically it is as good as the more expensive trollies like Powakaddy, but it doesnt have the fancy electonic readouts giving trip info etc nor can it be stopped automatically after being sent on on its own. It is easy to assemble, straightforward to operate, and has enough power to climb inclines on the course. There are six speed settings and at max setting you have to walk very fast to keep up with it. With regard to the battery it does 18 holes no problem and i'd say it would manage another 9, just remember to charge it after every game and to charge it about every month whether you are using it or not.
