    Where do I start. Well i have passed the interview proccess and have now got to go to an assessment centre. I have absolutely no idea what happens here. Its a first for me. What happens? How do I prepare?

    Assessment Centres vary hugely from employer to employer - can you give an indication of the company you're applying to ?

    Position is within the engineering department in the Railway industry. How should I prepare for this?
