Bit sick after all the chocolate, can’t stop eating it though! :( Toasted cheese when I get my appetite back.

I prepared a fragrant roasted chicken, with fresh thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic and lemon. Steamed baby reds on a bed of field greens with fresh ground pepper, sea salt and generous dollop of sour cream. French cut green beans tossed with an apple balsamic and butter. For dessert was a chocolate bread pudding made from leftover biscotti served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and and a glass of chardonnay.

Na thought that was alot of effort ,had a slice of toast with chocolate! :(

I just at a beautiful roast beef dinner made by my sister. Lovely and tender in the middle and good and chewy on the outside, lovely floury spuds and good thick gravy. I am very happy now.

Italian meatballs in a chilli/tomato sauce(my own recipe), ice cream with dark chocolate sauce. A glass or three of a very nice Pinot Grigot, now I'm ready for a nice rum and coke.

Roast spuds, mashed spuds, peas, chicken, roast beef, and to top it off homemade gravy.Gravy is the most important part of any roast dinner if the gravy isn't nice then the dinner wont be.

And a big glass of ice cold milk.

For Sunday lunch I had a bulgogi bake which is a kind of pizza turned inward with Korean marinated beef and melted cheese inside.

For Sunday dinner I had dwaeji galbi (marinated pork), sam gyup sal (pork belly), and dae pae (thin cuts of pork not unlike rashers), with Kimchi, marinated onions, garlic, rice and a fermented bean paste called samchan.
