Failing finding a sitz bath would a regular bath a few times a week not also be an option?

If my understanding is correct then a suitably sized bucket would be of help?

I know a fellow sufferer and his great advice was just push it back in!

Best of luck and if you find an outlet or site selling in Ireland post it up as there are a lot more sufferers out there.

    Hi
Portable Bidets are available in limerick in Medical Express on Parnell Street. They look almost identical to sitz bath other than the fact that there is no overflow drainage holes at the top. Think they are around €30. good for post natal bathing too.
