IMHO id stay well clear....went up with group of pro players n was gettin us to do techniques we knew were so far off the ball.....had us leaning so far on our left side I nearly fell over :) - ok it will help those who fluff n duff chips....guy coachin got well nervous when he knew who we were....perhaps some useful techniques for those who have absolute fear of chips....bunker practise was done using sand from a sand bucket....
i tho very average in terms of cost....

I have done the one day course and the three day course at Pelz. I found it really good. After I did the one day course I got some immediate benefits, but after a few months of not playing or practicing I lost all the benefit.

I decided to go back for the three day course and "drank the Pelz kool-aid" and fully immersed myself in the methods that he suggests. The difference in my game is amazing. I played with a couple of friends the other day and they couldn't believe the difference. I sank three putts from outside 20 feet, and didn't miss a putt inside six feet. The last time I played with those guys I was missing putts from three and four feet.

Prior to doing the three day course (a couple of weeks ago) I had never scored 36 points in a round. I have been playing off 15. Since completing the course, I have played 10 rounds, and have scored 35, 37, 27, 33, 37, 42 (non qualifying), 31, 33 and 42 points. If I can keep playing as much golf as I have been, I will be down to single figures within the next couple of months.

What do you mean "Got well nervous"? all the guys up there are Professionals them selves I don't think they'd get nervous coaching any one to be honest, but i'd be interested to hear your thoughts?

the guy coachin our small group...kept going out of room for gadgets in trying to explain stuff...his actions n words were that of an anxious man...we all said afterwards that he seemed nervous - we genuinely tho that!!!!...i went hoping it would revolutionise my shortgame...all i got was lean left on the shortshots to the point where u gotta focus to stay on both feet......had us chipping onto a trampoline thing the size of a small green????the thing was massive...
we all left disappointed thats all i can say without been too negative on our experience...

Went for the 3 hour wedge course there - an hour of short pitching, an hour of bunkers and an hour of chipping just off the green. Found it worthwhile overall especially the chip & run around the green - say with a 8 or 9 iron. Could not get the hang of the bunker method at all but I don't have a problem with bunker play so probably had a resistance to changing (& tutor had absolutely no interest in adapting a style or just advising some changes - It was either their way or nothing.) Pitching was worthwhile.
