Booking system is exactly the same from what I can see.

Agreed its full of ads and the yellow is horrible, the old website was brilliant except for the terms and conditions tick which should come when you buy not for simple pricing.

Its awful, I find myself clicking on the 'route map' section straight away to get back to the old booking engine, I hate the new one, too slow and unresponsive.

one improvement is that when you pick a date for departure a couple of months away, the return date adjusts rather than having to pick that a couple of months ahead.

its just a pity they decided on using yellow in their brand. woeful.

Has anyone ever seen the Ryanair cabin crew uniforms when onboard? Now, I'm no fashion expert but they look like clowns.

What's that got to do with their new website?
Website looks tacky as, but it's much better now. Easy to select dates, destinations etc. I think it's a bit yellow but it's fine. I won't lose sleep over it anyway:rolleyes:

They seemed to drop the yellow surround for a grey one so not as gaudy as it first was. Big improvement - not as cluttered as the old one.

Studied in NUI in Maynooth and the colours blue and yellow (separately or collectively) in branding is considered to be associated with being 'cheap'. Aldi, Lidl, Hertz, Southwest etc

As I have an adblocker installed I don't have to look at any of the ads, but overall it looks more professional than the previous version.

Booking engine now seems to repeatedly try and get you to go for the cheapest option. Which is nice and handy unless you're trying to get a specific time!

My own fault and only 25 quid + a small fare diff to change it back :o

Can you really call it a website. its honestly just a page of advert. i tell you you would not think a Airline runs that site. might as well go onto a third party site and book. Like that yellow is just too much. I like it. But its too in your face . I actually have to decrease the page size just to make the yellow shallow

    One word: awful.

The colours are wrong. Its just not working lads, no matter how much you move things around. Who are they hiring to do these designs??

Slightly off topic but I notice they're now offering two checked in bags options - 15kgs max for 15 quid, or 20kgs max for 25 quid.

    New website's sh1te btw

I've got PINK, pastel blue and yellow, lots of yellow! Totally hideous. And I hate those pick-a-date calendars that take ages to load and think they know better than you when you're travelling.

Still, I can live with it - as long as they don't mess with the much preferable layout on the bookryanair domain.
