Flexibility for Adventure Racers

    First post hopefully it hasn't been asked before.

    I've been training for adventure racing for about a year now, did gaelforce last year and a few other small races, no spectacular times or anything like that.

    I have to say my flexibility is very poor.

    What sort of stretches flexibility exercises do people do and how often?

    Would it be a good idea to go to pilates/yoga class for a while?

    Any other tips people may have on the topic.
