Venue for 40th party

Hitting the big 4 - oh in a matter of months and i was looking for suggestions for a venue. I am looking for a venue for 40-50 people that will let me have a band and bring in my own food. Location some where in the south city. All suggestions welcome, I am a bit lost to be honest. Thanks

I've djed at a party in a function room upstairs in the royal marine that would
suit such numbers.
