Income tax working UK but living in Ireland

    Hi all,
If all goes well we hope to be living near Ballinasloe Co Galway. My problem is my job will be working from home but working also in the UK. I would prefer to be paying Irish income tax seen as that is where our new home will be, but how will this work out?.

At the moment I work 45 hours a week and work from home on a Monday and Friday, so I would continue to do this, but will probably work Tuesday to Thursday in the UK, as I am a project Supervisor for our National gas Company so have to visit various sites in the East of the UK.
