Until recently I had completely hated skinny jeans, but now I think that they can look very cute with the right top and wedge/heel combo. Of course this is also assuming that it is the right kind of skinny jean to go with the shoes.Just like these wedges. I am a Yay. What about all of you?

Well I wouldn't wear either as I'm a bloke. Go with the plain and simple converse. This should be in fashion though?

Heels yes, wedges no. I have never seen it work - it just looks lumpy.

Got I hate the skinny-jean-on-men look. So unappealing to me!

I've never seen a girl wear wedges with Skinny jeans... Heels me thinks :D

I'm a guy and I wear skinny jeans. I don't wear the really, REALLY tight ones unless I'm absolutely stuck for something to wear. Whoop metrosexuals all the way. Lmao.

Well I can kind of appreciate the look - the fashion - and certain men pull it off better than others but Ive never come across a man in skinnies that I fancied!
The world would be a very boring place if we were all the same!

Cant stand skinnies on men, way too feminine imo.

Love skinnies with skyscraper heels and a nice top on a night out; black in particular cuz it does wonders for my not-as-long-as-id-like legs.

Dunno about wedges though, I can imagine theyd look super clumpy with skinnies.

With heels yes. With wedges no!! they would look like two lumps of wood ....I'm not a wedgy fan.

I've worn skinny jeans with wedges before and they looked lovely. They have to be very high wedges though.

If the outfit feels right on you and you like the way it looks, I say Yay (again)...

But then, I'm no fashionista. I should probably head to the other fashion threads for advice...

I think it depends on the wedges whether there chunky or not nice neat one looks nice so yay!

I'm not a huge fan of wedges but skinny jeans with heels look so sophisticated and sexy, without showing skin.

Yes to heels. No to wedges.

Its all about proportions. A size 8/10 girls could rock skinnys with not to garish wedges (well what can an 8/10 not wear if she has a bit of height!) while a 12/14 (height dependant) needs not to wear wedges with skinnys so she doesn`t look ridiculous!

No one can say this pic of Kate Middleton doesn`t look good, subtle wedges and good proportions -

And heres an uncannily similar pic of Reese Witherspoon - http://www.denimblog.com/seven-for-all-mankind-jeans/can-you-guess-who-this-is-in-7-for-all-mankind/

But something simple like turning the jeans up a bit may help to balance things like this (not that this girls is by any means bigger just an example)-
