Hi, I usually just do military presses or lateral raises when working my shoulders but I realised I've been neglecting my rear delts. Or do military presses and lateral raises do enough to cover the rear delts?

    apart from the ones mentioned

rear shrugs -either barbell or smith machibe - get to lift serious weight on them

Try pendlay rows-its a good bang per buck exercise

Rear delt bent over raises, sit in pec dek the wrong way too hit rear delts, mid traps and rhomboids..

Facepulls work well for me. Have your body leaning away from the cable machine at a slight angle. Keep it still so it is your delt doing the work and it's not your bodyweight doing the work.

Keep the tempo slow and a good squeeze at the 'top' of the exercise.

If you want 'bang for buck' and shoulder health and upper back work, inverted rows are hard to beat.

If you just want to focus on your rear delts for appearance sake and feel everything's healthy enough already, you've got some good suggestions up there.
