Images rendering wrong in IE

I have a site setup in PHP and I copy images into an WYSIWYG editor and its in turn saved to the database. When I got to the page in FF the images displays grand but in IE its cutting off the image, randomly cutting off the image before it loads. The image is stored as a base64 encoding in the database, anyone have any…
