Whats the best excercise for people with disabilities?

    My disability is all upper limbs. the movement in my arms isnt great.
    I walk everyday but dont seem to be losing any weight
    What can you recommend?

    Regardless of your disability, weight loss will always be more to do with what you eat rather than how you train.

    If you want to give an example of what your diet, then I'm sure you'll get plenty of good feedback and advice on how to improve it.

    Regarding exercises, bodyweight squats, lunges and step-ups are a good place to start.

    Walking uphill at an incline also works the hamstrings hard - just make sure not to overdo it or put excessive strain on your ankles.

    I'd also recommend training your upper body, if only to make it stronger. Ideally, get some professional advice from an exercise specialist who works with people with disabilities.

    Disabilities are all so unique that nobody can really advice whats right for you obver the internet.
    i'd echo the advice of meeting a professional with experience with people with disabilites.
