HIGH PROTEIN / LOW CARB SNACK SUGGESTIONS

    Hey All



    has anyone any tasty suggestions for high protein low carb snacks for in between meal, ive been eating tuna for ages now so need to vary it up a bit, i hate fish in general but maybe theres ways to make it tasty

    Everyone is different. Some people like to snack, some don't, some need it or they would go off the rails and eat all the wrong things.

    A few suggestions OP would be:

    Hard boiled eggs
    Sunflower/Pumpkin seeds
    Cheese
    Sugar free yoghurt
    Slices of cold lean meats (turkey, salami, ham)
    Lentils/Beans
    Chestnuts
    Sugarfree jelly
    Unsalted almonds/walnuts

    plaeo bars with added whey protein FTW.

    Eggs,
    Leftovers from previous days dinner
    Handful of nuts

    I thought I 'liked' to snack before I found out there's other ways out there. It's fine if the OP has questioned this himself and arrived at a conclusion, as long as he doesn't feel he 'needs' multiple meals a day.

    inb4 blood sugar crash, stoking the metabolic fire.
