    www.balbriggan.net regularly posts pictures from the area past and present.

    With the opening of a new Tesco's they posted this pic of a race passing the site back in 1986

    Fairly sure the yellow jerseys were Lesjeunes

    Also Stephen Roche rode and won his last race as an amateur here (a cross race) on a site where the passport office is now located

    Think I see myself in a Skyline Swords jersey about 8-9 places back, but can't be certain.

    The lead rider does look like Phil Cassidy to me but was only 15 in 1986 so ;)

    omg! i would swear that i'm in that first photo (like 99.99% certain!!).
    first IRC rider there halfway down bunch on the outside. Wife reckons it's me too.

    @Robfowl Definitely Casso on the front. He would have been 25ish in 1986. 15 in 1986 = 40 now!

    Looks like Richie McSharry in the Ace Rosengren green jersey and maybe Paul Keogh behind him.
