Front Wheel and tyre on winter trainer damaged beyond repair.

    New Wheels and tyres arrive.

    Remove 8 speed cassette.

    Clean.

    Attach to new wheel.

Fit new tyres to new wheels and new wheels to winter trainer.
(used the opportunity to teach gf how to replace tubes/tyres.)

Fit spare 10 speed cassette to old wheel.

Remove rear wheel from "summer" bike which was on turbo.

Swap Turbo tyre onto old wheel. (I now have a dedicated turbo wheel)

Old wheel onto "summer" bike and back onto turbo.

Fit road tyre to "summer" bike rear wheel.

Put aside until I decide summer has arrived.

    Tidy up.

    Vow never again.

    Remove beer from fridge.

    Drink (takes sip) :D

Big sip, or strong beer, or both?
