I'm not doing Atkins but am following a basic low carb/high protein diet - these look fantastic and just what I need to stop me feeling like i'm totally doing without bread!

Love that name. I did one focaccia style, just before they finished cooking added some olives, feta, onions/garlic & roasted pepper. Was very good. A girl at work didn't like it though, but I'm not too big on bread anyway.

Tried these tonight ... wasn't quite the taste/texture I was expecting. They definitely taste of egg whites ... like a big fluffy dried-out-omelette.:( okay that doesn't sound too promising, but, to be honest, once they cooled down they tasted better. I wouldn't go so far as to say i'd replace my sandwich with them, but if you were having seriously bad cravings for something resembling a roll then they'd make a good substitute.
Anyway, give it a go yourself and tell us what you think, maybe yours will turn out better than mine
