Scratched my glasses help!!!

Somehow i've managed to get a tiny scratch right in the middle of my glasses. I've only just got them , for reading , never needed them before. Do i need to take them to an opticians or is there something i can do myself to sort it? Please and Thanks :)

Afraid there's nothing you can do. The lenses are made of a soft plastic material and can scratch easily even with a antiscratch coating. The best lens available for antiscratch strength is the Essilor Forte (Should be available in most independants). It has a quartz layer on the lens and it comes with a 2 year antiscratch warranty.
