When you open your profile scroll down a bit and you'll see a "Recent Visitors" box on the lower-right side. That's what you're looking for I think.

All the people who have looked at your profile are set to invisible, which is why you can't tell who's been looking at it. It's 7 now as I had a look and I use invisible mode too.
