They are usually hard enough to find for Jap Imports, are you having a particular issue or are you just looking for one?

A regular Haynes manual for a starlet of similar generation might cover a large portion of it. At least when I use to knock about in jap import civics years back I bought the Haynes manuals for them and 90% of it covered the cars.

the glanzas were ever only officially sold in japan despite second hands being exported to a lot of different places, so they would only ever have had manuals printed in japanese, which are feck all use.

as above, a haynes would probably be the next best thing if you want one for practical purposes, but if you want a japanese book just to complete your car, i'd probably ring around to people breaking glanzas and ask them to check the glovebox for you.

Is it the Glanza S (non turbo) or Glanza V (turbo) model?

If it is a non-turbo model, then a regular Haynes or similar manual should suffice for most engine maintenance. The turbo ones will be considerably different.

Might get lucky and find a PDF of a translated one on an owners club though. I downloaded a PDF of an AE111 owners manual but I think it was an Australian one since they were sold there too.
