Is there such a thing as control underwear that doesn't make you feel like you're in a vice grip? I'm looking for something that gives a little help but is still comfortable. I'm in pretty good shape but a little extra hand wouldn't hurt around the tum...

M&S does shapewear that looks and feels more like normal underwear. They also have shapewear in different materials like cotton and lace so they should have something that isn't too tight. I've never tried any of it though so I have no idea if it's any good or not.
