Anyone growing this little bamboo?

I've had one for 4 years in a pot in the garden and it flowered last year, much to my surprise and delight.
I collected the seeds, planted them and have a dozen or so baby bamboo plants which seem to be thriving in pots on a windowsill.

I've just checked the original plant and amazingly, it's beginning to flower again this year!
Anyone know how often this particular bamboo flowers? I know many flower very rarely.
