hi all, just wanted to get some opinions to see if people had tried tescodiets and what were the results?
I've been doing it for 9 weeks now and have lost 9lbs. I still have a fair few months to go as I want to lose about 3 stone from this point onwards so I'll be on it for a while yet, but it seems to be working for me. anyone else out there doing the same??

Which one of the many diets offered by Tescodiets are you on? I used them as support for my low carbing a few years back (didn't follow their low carb diet, did Atkins, just used the message boards) and lost 5 stone. I'm one of their 'success stories' and consequently have a free lifetime membership to their site. I like their message boards, there are some very supportive people there. It's good to have a place where you can talk endlessly about your way of eating without annoying people ;)

I till pop in from time to time, as it's free for me now, but I've been low carbing for so many years that I don't feel as much need to talk about it now - it's just a way of life :) Good luck with your weight loss!

Thanks darkginger, I chose the gi diet as I always find hunger is the main problem for me when I'm dieting. I've found that I'm never really that hungry but am still losing weight on the gi option. I haven't tried the message boards yet but I might give them a go! Congrats on your 5 stone loss, wow! I've 3st to go so hopefully I'll be a success story too!

I suppose I've noticed on boards that a lot of people talk about weightwatchers but there is no thread for tesco diets. I suppose I'm curious if any one else out there is on them!! :-)
