Curious about getting a band Manager!!

    Hi Folks,

    Mark here from Dublin based band "Water Woods and Mountain". We're in the process of recording our album and getting all the necessaries done to promote ourselves and we're strongly thinking about getting a manager to help us out. What do you think?? Is it a bad idea for a relatively small band? Or is it a good idea and if so, anyone out there know the best way of looking for someone?? Any help would be appreciated!!!

    Don't go for it if you're a small band, you'l be devoting a good bit of money to someone who probably wouldn't give a **** how you do, and of course you're your own ally when it comes to 'your' band, you and the band knows what's best for them and what suits them most.
