my sons 6 month old GSD was spayed last week. Supposed to have stitches out today. Last night while Kesha was getting her daily 100 belly rubs there was a big lump the size of a tennis ball where her stitches are. she is not sick or off her food, shes the same as usual. lump was deffo not there earlier in day.
Of course the first thing today was i rang the vet and will be over there as soon as they open. vet said might need to be drained but of course without seen it she dont know what it is yet.
Any one any experience of this after a spay. lump is big and while not hard not soft. it doesnt seem to be hurting her bo redness etc. Also vet did ask has she been licking it alot, which she hasnt, apart from a odd lick but nothing assesive.
