Bodyweight workout

    hey,

    So i'm not gonna have access to a gym for the next week and a half but still want to keep training. Anyone got any bodyweight workouts that they would recommend?

    As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of...

    1)
    T-push ups x10
    Broad Jumps x10
    Shadow boxing x50 punches

    2)
    Push ups x10
    Sit ups x10
    Squats x10

    3)
    plank x1 minute
    push ups x1 minute
    shadow boxing x1 minute
    off x1 minute
    repeat for 15+ minutes

    4)
    T-Push Ups x10
    Air Squats x10
    Burpees x10

    You can do sprints (lateral, linear, agility, shuttle) if you've the outdoors.

    Franley - 21 air squats, 21 burpees, 15 air squats, 15 burpees, 9 air squats, 9 burpees done as fast as possible...

    That's off the top of my head. There's so many more options.

    Don't do them all on one day... pick maybe 2 or something. Soz wasn't very clear on that!
