Marketing calls coming in again

Ok im on the blocked caller list, for the longest while it has been working, accept lately there has been an increase in calls from companies again, today we get 3 calls nearly one after the other from Aitricity offering us something we dont want, the last person on the phone practically shouted at us about wanting lower bills,

I reiterate again my number is on the blocked caller list, we do not want or desire these calls coming through so can you please look into this matter

Yes its in my mother name and were with you for phone, I filled out the form to get us on the blocked callers list and confirmed we are on it by ringing up after i filled out form

So ill pop over the account number to you so you can have a look into it

You know, your number can be on the blocked caller list but if they have a random number dialer and you get calls...

I checked the account details you sent in your PM. I see that yes there sould be no eircom or third party marketing calls.

Have you get a record of companies calling the customer in question and are eircom one of the companies calling?

No Eircom hasnt been calling, and it was airtircity that called us

Hi Shin,

As poisonedstream outlined some companies may not be consulting the marketing database and may be using other methods to contact customers.

Given that it is only one company I would suggest that you ask them how they are getting your details. As I can confirm that you have requested no direct marketing calls (From eircom) or third party marketing calls (Other providers) for the account number you sent me.
