Buying An 'Unlocked' Motorola Razr From Ebay

    Hi all,

    I am on the market for a new Motorola Razr 'flip' phone. O2 do not do them anymore so I have had to turn my attentions to Ebay in order to source one.

    Motorola Razrs can be purchased from the UK on Ebay although I am a little bit apprehensive. If a phone is advertised as being 'unlocked' does this mean that I can insert an Irish O2 SIM into it and the phone operates immediately? The phone operates on the GSM Triband. I think this is what gives the phone the ability to operate in Ireland fully.

    All assistance would be greatly appreciated.
