e-zine??? just update the website. With a little bit of restructuring it could be quite good (lose the provinces at the top, have news on the front page in chronological order so you can read it without having to click three times etc..). A bit like the old paper version an e-zine is just regurgitated news that people have read already....

I would second the above, I don't know the ins and outs of web sites etc. But if it was structured a bit like bikeradar or cyclingnews it would be cool linked with a bit of international news. I hope you didn't open a can of worms.

I think the e-zine still has it's place but this must be alongside a well updated and easy to access website. The fact is that many people won't be checking the website regularly so an email newsletter can be quite useful. The simplest way to do this is just update the news on the website regularly and every 2 weeks or month or whatever grab the bits of news and lash them onto the ezine.
