Like a f'ucking idiot i managed to put a big scratch in the side of my cars door by scraping a the corner of a wall in a petrol station last night. Obviously seething but just wondering if there is anything i should do now to minimise the damage?

Is it possible to get it touched up?

You'd probably be best off uploading a picture of the damage, the paint doc should be able to let you know if a respray will be needed or if it could just be touched up.

Wont get a camera until at least tomorrow. Anyone recommend a place(s) to ring around north dublin? The scratch is prob 6inch by 4inch. Any idea at a cost assuming its only a touch up?

Already smashed broke, was tempted to ignore it and just leave it but im sure it will rust and cause more problems?

Depends how deep the scratch is and how many layers it has taken off. If it's just a slight scratch, you might get away with polishing it with a bit of t-cut.
