New Pc cant find satellite channels old one can

Hi i have a satellite card in my PC windows picks up the card but when i go to tune in channels i get no signal Ive tried the card in a few PCs and the same problem i cant get a signal but when i put the card in to my old PC with the same settings running the same OS same drivers etc it tunes in the channel's.
