Samsung Wave Not Receiving Operator Settings - Meteor

    I've done a factory reset of the phone. I've gone to the website and sent the settings to my phone. Didn't work. I received the text saying I would soon receive the settings, but nothing else. I've also gone though customer service, who seem to think my handset refused to receive the settings, which doesn't sound credible.

    Anyone have this issue?
