The backboiler in my stove is boiling over and pitching to the feeder tank before it reaches the pipe stat for the pump. The stat is at the cylinder near the coil. No OFCH running at same time! Any advice??

    stat is 2 far away
is the initial run to the cylinder vertical or horizontal

Vertical. Cylinder is about 3m away and the stat was put there to heat the coil first. Stat is set at 40deg

So vertical run up to the overflow tank and a horz run, of how long, from it across to the coil?

Does the pipe enter coil on top or bottom?

    What size is pipe work?

Where does the return form the coil go, I have seen 3 pipe systems where the return is shared and this causes problems.

This may run better in plumbing so will ask mods to move it
