Yea done everything suggested in mac forums. Push seems to be the big problem for me so I've gone back to fetch email. Lost 20% overnight and no mails came in. Terrible.

Just checked usage since last full charge. 1.33 with 3.01 standby and battery is 83%. And this is with push off!

I had the same battery problem with 4.3.1
Found 1 suggestion on macrumors forums that worked for me.

    1. Delete (all) Exchange connections (I only had 1)
    2. Soft Reset (hold down both buttons for 10 seconds until it restarts)
    3. Recreate the Exchange connection(s).

I found that this worked for me. I don't think that the battery is as good as it was on 4.2 but it's good enough to keep charge from morning to evening.

I won't update to 4.3.2 until I'm sure that it doesn't cause me any further problems.

Just as a follow up with push off last night the phone lost 2% in 8 hrs. More acceptable.

There's been a dramatic improve in the quality and reliability of facetime calls. Before we'd have constant black screen errors, calls freezing, dropping in and out etc. and it's been more or less flawless since.
