Not enough to make the difference between buying a car you have your eye on or not I wouldn't think, would a couple of percentage points either way be worth it to go without a new car for a few months and only have a few weeks left on the 11 plates by the time you do get it? It could just as easily end up making the car more expensive, both regions have problems. Nobody here is going to predict what the currencies are going to do with any accuracy anyway.

the euro is at almost 90 pence sterling right now , one would think it cant go any higher but i suspect it might , the uk policy right now is to keep sterlling weak

I think with the ECB after raising rates slightly the Euro will continue to strengthen until the UK central bank raises its rates

the euro is trouncing all comers right now , i stuck some money in the canadian dollar around st patricks day as i felt the canadian dollar ( unlike the australian ) was slightly undervalued , the euro has marched ahead this past three weeks and im looking foolish , this rush out of the euro has prooved anything but clever so far

People 'rushed' out of the euro beacuse of a major sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone.

That is a good reason to worry.

and those people have lost big , the euro has been by far the best performing major currency this past five months despite the constant state of ( crisis ) in the eurozone region
