Irish divorce Spainish Marriage??

I am happy to say I am marrying again but have a problem. I am trying to get my Irish divorce reconised in Spain. Do I need to use a solicitor over there? Can I just show translated divorce & orginal & get marriage cert amended? Or do I have to go to court? many thanks Gary

Gary,
It seems that what you need is advice, good advice, legal advice in fact. And since you of course read the charter you will know that you can't get any legal advice here. Go have a chat with a qualified, insured, professional solicitor and you will have all your questions answered.
