Ipod charger

Are all the chargers the same? I'm buying an ipod 32gb 4th Generation with no charger. Was wondering does the charger for an ipod nano work on it? Around how much for a new charger? And good ipod earphones? My old Creative player packed in, and I'm new to this ipod stuff.

only chargers that are different are the iPad ones, they allow a higher power output to charge the iPad quicker.

a cable that came with the iPod nano will work fine with an iPod touch.
