Went in to get my hair done. I usually get highlights, I alternate between a half head & a full head.
Anyway there was a models class on so I decided to give it a try. The trainee hairdressers put mahogany streaks in as well as the highlights even though I don't get that done.
Also the model classes are meant to be half price but for what I was charged it seems like I paid full price.

Now I don't want the mahogany streaks in my hair, I only looked for the highlights. Also she cut it but I'm not one bit happy with the cut.

What do I say or do now?

If I was you, I would go back tomorrow and tell them a trainee put mahogany even though you didn't ask for them, and explain your not happy with the cut and why your not happy with the cut.

Can I ask, what are you normally charged for highlights/cut and what were you charged today?

It's possible they may have charged you for the streaks (even though they were unasked for).

I'll pm you. Just in case anynoe from the salon picks up on it.

Definitely complain, so many people let things go like this but you paid your money for something you wanted, you deserve to leave the salon happy with your purchase/investment :)

I was in a similiar situation a couple of years ago and I'm still kicking myself for not complaining. You don't have to go in all guns blazing but maybe have a word with someone a little more senior and tell them you're not happy.

Hope they sort it for you

You should complain, You paid for a service which was not provided. They should redo your hair in the way you specified.

I had my hair cut by a trainee before and when I got home my sister pointed out it looked longer on one side than the other. I rang up and went back to the guy who did it and he sorted it out. Better than me moaning about it to everyone and not saying it to them. So definitely contact them about it.
