    Hi,

I'm just wondering if this is open to the public? If so, from what times? How much does it cost? And are there changing rooms/shower facilities available?

    Thanks :)

Good luck, according to what I read, you CAN use it, but for a fee.

I think it's €4 to use the track 'on your own'.
If you go to one of the sessions with Waterford AC it's €3 (or €2 if you pay the €25 yearly membership) a night - Mon & Weds at 7.30 (I think advanced groups go other nights too but I'm not sure as I'm a beginner :p ) I'd recommend that, literally every ability is represented :D
