    Iv never used those ones but my mam used something similar she got in la senza. There were four pieces in a pack and she stuck two underneath each breast in a sort of U shape that heald the breast up. She is quiet ample chested and you could really notice the difference. She said they were painful to peel off tho

    I haven't used they brand, but other ones that wear expensive enough from the states. They were crap to be honest, and not very comfortable.

    I have never used them but I do know some people that used both these and the gel type ones. Apparently, they are only any good on smaller boobs and (as Emm551 already said) are painful to get off, someone also said that as the day went on (on a hot day) they were itchy and everything went south. The gel ones apparently get very slippy if you are sweating a lot.
