Immersion Not Working

    can anyone help me with a problem im having?

    the heating wont work but the hot water is fine, there are two switches, one for the hot water and one for the heating.
    it just happened suddenly
    the box with the switches on is called 'potterton controls' and the boiler is called 'tempra 18'

    ferroli boiler eh?
    you have i reckon a faulty zone valve. most likely located in the hot press.
    it has amanual overide. there is a lever on the side which you can move and latch thus opening the valve.
    if you can find this have a go at this and see if it gives you heat in the rads.
    valve may be busted, head replacement, or may not be getting power in the first place.
