I have been on to UPC 3 times about this issue also as i have Sky multiroom and wish to get UPC phone and BB. People have had issues with Sky boxes doing callbacks through UPC as they use or did use VOIP which differs from eircom/other land line providers.

Having contacted UPC i dont think they know the answer for sure themselves . First one kept changing the subject to the " Great " tv service provided by them. Second call resulted in " Em I'm not sure" Third said yes it does, i'll complete your order now. I said wait i want written confirmation, ( as they'll say anything to sign you up ), and with that the phonecall ended abruptly, ( not my doing ).

I see from other posts it works through port 1 on UPC router but others saying it doesn't. Just wish UPC would confirm if it does or not:mad:

General consensus is that callbacks work through port 1 on the UPC router, there is a thread here somewhere with a pictorial of a call back being successfully made via UPC phoneline.
