Upward Only Rent Review Legality/Privacy

    If the Government is seeking to get involved in pre-existing contractual arrangements regarding leases with upward only rent reviews what will the constitutional ramifications ?

    Would people consider that this comes under the auspices of retro-active legislation and property rights ? Or how would privacy affect this ?

    Not sure if this has come up before but with the McKillen case looking a bit closer to being tied off this appears to be the next big issue
