Salt Free Tinned Fish

    Hi,

    I'm new to tinned fish, I have a low salt diet and I am wondering if anyone knows of any low/preferably no salt tinned fish brands...I think I came across one salt free Tuna but that was it, If anyone has come across any I would be very grateful to know!!

    I can't seem to find any either. I can't understnd why almost everything has to have salt added to it. Even so called healthy foods are laiden with the stuff.

    salt is added to tinned fish to preserve it, if you don't want salt in your fish then buy fresh fish.
