I get horrible night sweats on training days, anybody got any tips on how to deal with them, or am I the only one. :(

I seem to remember this came up before, and you're not the only one. I seem to get them too after hard sessions, on such nights my wife says I'm like a furnace in the bed. A cool shower and plenty of water before bed doesn't help so I just tend to leave my legs out from under the duvet for a while.

Well, I do try to be a little subtle when commenting on my bedroom prowess, no one likes a show off :p

I used to get this last year, I put it down to being dehydrated. I drink tons of water after a big training session and I no longer get it.

What you eat before going to bed can cause problems. For me cheese after 6pm is a no-no.
